Closer to Nature

         

          Start a friendship with nature and cold water should be gradual. Closer, closer to Nature! In the morning, after washing, pour the water over yourself from the bucket, prepared in the evening. You must learn to pour the water immediately over the body not leaving dry spots. Getting used to the cold water you will be pored over slowly for about half a minute.
