The next stage of
tempering is taking a cold shower. As the temperature of the shower water is below the room’s temperature, especially
in winter, it is necessary to start the procedures only after you pass
the previous stages of hardening.
Hardening is better to start in the early summer days. If you have poured
cold water over yourself after the morning exercises, make sure that
the exercises are not too intensive: Your warmed up muscles can become
too cold. Pored the water over yourself, rub the body until you have
a feeling of pleasant warmth.
If you do the tempering treatments before doing exercises, then the body
is not wiped, but is soaked slightly with a towel. Then you do intensive
physical exercise.
Water tempering procedure should be performed regularly, preferably daily.
Breaks in doing morning exercises of more than 2-3 days are not desirable:
the body rapidly loses its protective properties acquired. Nature doesn’t
tolerate disorder!
Never disrupt your regular morning exercises, if you start doing them.
Doing morning exercises when you are in good mood, that is from case
to case, is of no effect. Even if you go to bed late on the previous
day, or you are very tired, try to overcome your condition and at least
through the power to make an incomplete set of three or four exercises,
and take a shower. Your drowsiness will pass and you will feel much better.
After the gym, you can make faces

puff cheeks, and move the jaws
and the like. And after taking a shower do not forget to rinse face and
neck with cold water and to do a gentle massage. You are a real princess!
